Introduction

§01General

Hastelloy C-4 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy specifically designed to resist the formation of grain-boundary precipitates during welding and elevated-temperature exposure. This high-temperature stability makes it suitable for chemical process equipment operating in the as-welded condition without post-weld heat treatment.
