Introduction

§01General

Incoloy 800 is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with good strength and oxidation/carburization resistance at high temperatures. It is widely used in petrochemical furnace tubes, heat exchangers and process piping where temperatures range from 600°C to 1100°C. The high iron content reduces alloy cost compared to Inconel grades.
