Introduction
§01 — GeneralNimonic 90 is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy with higher titanium and aluminum content than Nimonic 80A. The cobalt addition enhances the gamma-prime solvus temperature, providing useful creep strength up to 920°C. It is used for gas turbine hot-section blades, discs and high-temperature springs.
