Waspaloy

Precipitation-hardenable Ni-Cr-Co alloy for turbine discs, rings and high-temperature fasteners.

Introduction

§01General

Waspaloy is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt superalloy with exceptional creep-rupture strength at elevated temperatures. It was developed for aircraft gas turbine discs, rings and shafts requiring high strength from 650°C to 870°C. It maintains excellent oxidation resistance and microstructural stability under cyclic thermal loading.
